Vetted Hands was founded by a U.S. Army veteran and skilled trades professional who saw the same problem repeatedly: capable workers often have no standardized way to prove what they can actually do, while employers struggle to separate demonstrated skill from claims on a résumé.

No. The initial product is being designed as a skill-verification and professional-record platform. Employment marketplace features may be added after the verification model is proven.
Not by itself. Vetted Hands is focused first on verifying demonstrated trade competencies and documented work. Any future identity or background-screening services would be clearly identified as separate checks.
Because standards should be built by people who understand the work. Vehicle graphics, wraps, PPF, and tint provide a focused first market where hands-on quality can be evaluated directly.
